Hello, and welcome to Nalu Therapy, LLC.  

I’m Jessie Szmanda, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC).

I provide mental health therapy with a focus on trauma care, supporting children, families, individuals in addiction recovery, people with a history of incarceration, and adults on the autism spectrum.

My approach is holistic, compassionate, and non‑judgmental. I believe every person deserves love, support, and a safe space to heal—no matter their past or current challenges.

With extensive experience in trauma, addiction, and life transitions, I work to address both emotional and physical aspects of healing. I also have a strong passion for helping children and families build tools for growth, as well as supporting adults with autism in celebrating their unique strengths.
