  Job Title: Contracted Licensed Therapist
Location: Nalu Therapy, LLC – Ham Lake, MN (HYBRID)
Job Type: Contract

Position Overview:

The Contracted Licensed Therapist will provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices. This role offers flexibility in scheduling while providing a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions.

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with other professionals as needed to support client progress.

• Stay up to date with best practices and continuing education in the field.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or equivalent) in Minnesota.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively.

• Experience with telehealth services is a plus.
